Minimum 4 weeks contract engagement.
Must have Triage and ALS Certificates and In Charge Experience.

Credentials required:

• Updated CV
• Two Clinical References from the past 12 and 3 months
• NSW Working with Children Check
• National Police Check (valid for 1 year)
• Drivers Licence
• Nurses Registration (AHPRA)
• Statements of Service – must include total hours worked.

Immunisation History including:
• Flu Vaccination (this year)
• Covid-19 Vaccination (including Booster)
• TB Skin Test
• Serology – Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hep B

NDIS Clearance required for:
• Grenfell
• Oberon
• Gilgandra
• Coonamble
• Lightning Ridge
• Bourke
