• one (1) from a line manager who has worked with the Candidate within the last three (3) months and;
• one (1) from a referee who has worked with the Candidate within the last twelve (12) months.

• Utility bill (e.g. water, gas, electricity)
• Working with children check (Blue Card)
5. Certified* copy of qualification/s
6. Proof of AHPRA registration
7. Confirmation of maintenance of the following competencies:
• BLS competency
• Hand hygiene
• Manual and patient handling
• Infection control
• Aggressive behaviour management
• Mandatory reporting by Registered Nurses, and/or Midwifes of reasonable Suspicions of Child Abuse and Neglect
• Medications management including QPHS (Drugs and Poisons) Regulations November 2012
• ALS competency
• Emergency Triage Education Kit (ETEK)
