• Police check – no older than 6 months must only be from Australian state police or AFP NO THIRD PARTY CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED
• Statement of service proving pay point
• Remote Emergency Care certificate – REC or equivalent emergency certificate (FLECC, PRIME, CARE or TNCC)
• Maternity Emergency Care certificate or MIDUS, PROMPT and ALSO (midwives)
• Nurse immuniser certificate
• Evidence of covid, 2024 flu and VPD
• Covid vaccination provider certificates: Pfizer, AstraZeneca, and Paediatric vaccines
• Basic life support
• iStat Certificate
• Mandatory trainings
